I have always enjoyed things of exyreme beauty. I use my camera to capture what I am enjoying. Either my cell phone, my little camera or my large Nikon. But painting takes me into the subject. It helps me to really be more aware of the details. Like the levels of color or folds in a flower. Without painting, there is much that I would have missed. So I paint all that I can!
